The Pinks of City Flourish, NOTD and Review

Hi lovelies and happy Sunday.  I had an amazingly busy day today- what with a 5k at 8 in the morning to benefit the Ronald McDonald House, a sweet baby blessing, and then a trip to the beach- and all before 2pm!  Today I wanted to do some nail art featuring the five- yes five- pinks in the China Glaze City Flourish collection.  Here's what I came up with to feature all five shades:

It's a very subtle look and features Thistle Do Nicely as the base polish and then the rest of the pinks running from left to right across the nail.  Here is Thistle Do nicely at three coats on its own (each pink needed three coats to even out nicely):
This is a neon pink/coral that dries matte.

Here is Peonies & Park Avenue at three coats:
This is a blue based pink that also dries matte.

Petal to the Metal at three coats:
This pink is more of a peachy pink that dries semi-matte.

Spring in My Step at three coats(and had the least-desirable formula:
This is a whitened baby pink that dries semi-matte.

Lastly we have Strike a Rose at three coats:
This is close to the shade of Thistle Do Nicely but it's slightly darker and has a beautiful shimmer running through it instead of being a matte neon.

As you can see they are all a bit different, with the last even having some lovely shimmer- but it is a lot of pinks, right?...  I really did like them all except for Spring in My Step because I feel that there are other polishes of a very similar shade that aren't so hard to work with, such as Color Club Blushing Rose, Color Club Endless, and China Glaze Something Sweet.  It may have something to do with the formula drying somewhat matte...Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this look/review and that you're having a great day! See you back tomorrow :)
